Cloud & Infrastructure

The cloud doesn't have to be a form of server rental with growing bills. We establish the architecture as needed and undertake it end-to-end, including transportation and operation.

When will we be called?

If these sound familiar

If you have one of the following situations, it means there is something concrete to talk about in this area.

  • Servers with unknown backups sitting in the office cabinet
  • Unexplained cloud bill
  • Manual, undocumented installations
  • Unanswered question of what happens if the server crashes

Scope

20 service items

The scope narrows or expands depending on the project; You don't have to buy them all at once.

  • Cloud Consulting
  • Cloud Migration
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • VPS / Dedicated Server
  • Private Cloud
  • Linux Server Management
  • Windows Server Management
  • Docker

  • Cloud Optimization

What changes?

Documented architecture

Infrastructure is defined as code; The installation can be repeated.

Cost visibility

What service spends what is reported monthly.

rescue plan

The target turnaround time is determined in writing and tested.

Working model

How are we moving forward?

Each step has a written output; We do not leave progress to verbal agreement.

Discovery

We examine existing systems, processes and team on site. Output: written status report.

Scope

We write down what to do, what not to do and the acceptance criteria.

Setup

We develop in two-week cycles and show a working version at the end of each cycle.

Put in to use

We go live with training, documentation and a transition plan.

Business

We monitor and continue to improve with the service level agreement.

frequently asked questions

Do we have to move to the cloud?

No. For some loads, your own server is still more economical. We present the comparison with a table of costs and risks.

Will there be any interruptions during transportation?

Our goal is a seamless transition outside of a planned maintenance window. In critical systems, a duplicate environment is first installed and tested, and after the transition, the old environment is kept open for a while.

Let's talk about what can be done on the Cloud & Infrastructure side.

We listen to your existing systems and return with a scope and approach recommendation within two business days. The first meeting is free.
